3D printed replacement spider gear set for Philips DCC digital compact cassette recorders. The gears were made using semi-flexible material similar to the original one.
Tested for correct operation.
Gear set is compatible with Philips DCC recorders DCC600, DCC300, DCC380, FC910, FC930, DCC91. It can also be compatible with Bang & Olufsen Beosound 2000 and other DCC models and vendors (Grundig, Samsung,..), just check the service manual.

The gear is part of Sony Minidisc MZ-1 loading assembly. Sony part number is 4-955-497-01 Gear (Midway C).
Replacement part was created using a semi-professional 3D printer using durable Nylon material. The gear was tested for correct operation.
