Holder of the reel tape used in reel-to-reel Sony and Pioneer recorders. Part numbers might differ, one of the Sony part numbers is 3-537-775-00.
The replacement part was made using a precise 3D printer. Fully tested.

The gear is attached to the motor maked 4822 361 20177 in Philips reel-to-reel tape recorders. Material used for the original gear become fragile during time and gears often crack.
Replacement gear was made using thermoplastic polyuretane (high precision 3D print) that is slightly flexible as the original material and durable.
The gear was tested for smooth operation.

Philips N7150, Philips N7300
