The pulley is part of the Sony Minidisc MDM-7B drive, attached to Loading motor M103, Sony part number A-4735-074-A.
The replacement part was created on a semi-professional 3D printer using durable Nylon material. The gear was tested for correct operation.

The pulley is compatible with Sony Minidisc Players HCD-CP500MD, CHC-CL5MD, CMT-J300, HCD-J300, CMT-DC500MD, DHC-ZX50MD, HCD-ZX50MD, DHC-NX5MD, CMT-CP500MD. It can also be compatible with other devices – check your service manual.
