Pinion and idler gear that acts in tape transport in Grundig MCF 100 and MCF 200 cassette players. The material used for original gears becomes fragile over time and gears often crack. Tape is not transported then.
Replacement gears are made using thermoplastic polyurethane (high precision 3D print) that is slightly flexible as the original material and durable.
The gears were tested for smooth operation.
