Philips 70FC450 70FS365 70FC150 70CD555 Gear Set

Gear set for Philips 70FCxxx and 70FSxxx cassette recorders.

Technics DAT SMQ40032 Pulley Gear

Pulley Gear SMQ40032 is used in Technics DAT recorders in cassette loading mechanism.

A faulty gear can be replaced with a 3D printed one. The replacement gear has been fully tested for proper function. The gear is made of nylon, which is a very durable material that will last a long time.

Replacement gears were created using a semi-professional 3D printer using a combination of Nylon and TPU material, that guarantees durability and silent operation. The gears were fully tested.

Replacement for Servomotor LW39 gear (head carrier) used in Grundig CF model tape recorders.

Replacement gears were made using thermoplastic polyuretane (high precision 3D print) that is slightly flexible as the original material and durable.

Technics/Panasonic RDG5773Z Gear

While a typical problem of Technics/Panasonic tape drives is the RDG5772ZC gear, sometimes might crack also gear located at the opposite side of the tape drive (down side) – RDG5773Z.

Either the lock can be broken or the shaft.

Replacement gear was created using a precise 3D printer using durable Nylon material. Locking mechanism was replaced with a split pin to be less fragile
